Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Austria, EU via the Austrian Post services. 

Unfortunately, Donau Vintage is currently not shipping to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Russia, Syria, until further notice. These restrictions are because the communication between Austria and these countries is temporarily suspended. 

Flat rate shipping rates:

Your package will be shipped within 3-4 business days. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Express delivery is possible by personal request at an additional cost. Please contact donauvintage@gmail.com in case you want this option.

Each shipment is insured against damage or loss. Actual delivery time may differ from estimated time. Donau Vintage cannot be held responsible for items delayed, lost or damaged in transit.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that Donau Vintage is not responsible for any custom fees and additional taxes that may apply to your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

If an order is being returned or abandoned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping fees or loss of the package need to be paid by the customer. 

The taxation depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value. Donau Vintage advises you to check your local rate before any purchase.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
