Shipping

All orders are shipped from Austria via Austrian Post.

Shipping Rates

  • Austria: €6

  • Europe: €15

  • North America: €27

  • Australia, New Zealand & Japan: €35

  • Rest of the World: €30

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment has been received.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Express shipping may be available upon request and at an additional cost. Please contact donauvintage@gmail.com before placing your order if you require express delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • European Union: approximately 5–7 business days

  • United States: approximately 2–3 weeks

  • Rest of the world: approximately 3–4 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact donauvintage@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary by country. Donau Vintage recommends checking local import regulations before placing an order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation before an order has been shipped.

Consumers residing in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the Withdrawal Request form available on this website or contact donauvintage@gmail.com.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying Donau Vintage of the withdrawal. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
