Donau Vintage accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For consumers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies where required by law. Unless an exception applies, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

As a small one-person business, I genuinely appreciate every order and always do my best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

All parcels are shipped fully insured. In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, you will receive a full refund once the carrier officially confirms the loss or damage.
